Once I finish my 1968 novel, I look forward to writing a memoir about my days as a temp secretary - a Minnesota girl working in offices in downtown Los Angeles, on Hollywood Boulevard, in Beverly Hills and in the pic below-the Petersen Building (no longer there) in the advertising office of Skin Diver magazine on Sunset Strip. I'd never been west of Montana till I landed in California.
